Who We Are

DevLink Co is a professional Roblox development agency. We bring together skilled developers, designers, composers, and project managers to deliver high-quality work for Roblox games and experiences of all sizes.

We operate primarily through Discord, with a website for clients and developers who prefer not to use Discord. Everything we do is built around clear communication, honest pricing, and work we are genuinely proud to put our name on.

Our standard

We only work with developers we would personally recommend. Every developer at DevLink Co has been through a thorough application and interview process. Quality and trust are not optional extras — they are the foundation of how we operate.

Who You'll Interact With

What each role does

Directors

The owners and founders of DevLink Co. Directors set the standards, make final decisions on disputes or serious issues, and are ultimately responsible for everything that happens under the DevLink Co name. They are not typically involved in day-to-day project work, but are always available if something needs escalating.

Project Managers (PMs)

Your main point of contact throughout a project. PMs handle enquiry reviews, scoping conversations, quotes, and client communication from start to finish. They coordinate with developers on your behalf and oversee the progress of your project. If you have a question, a concern, or an update, your PM is who you speak to.

Moderators

Moderators keep the DevLink Co Discord server running smoothly for everyone. They oversee the client-developer relay system during active projects, manage the community, and handle any conduct issues. They are not project managers, but they play an important role in keeping communication structured and professional.

Developers

Our developers are Roblox specialists — scripters, modellers, UI designers, animators, composers, and more. Each project is assigned to the developer best suited to the work. Developers do not communicate with clients directly by name — all contact is managed through the relay system described below.

Everything You Need to Know

Everything you need to know about working with DevLink Co

How to Get Started

You can reach us in two ways:

Both routes lead to the same process. Discord is where the majority of active project work happens, so joining the server gives you the best experience and fastest response times.

The Client Journey

From first enquiry to delivered work

1
Submit an Enquiry

Fill out our enquiry form with the basics — what you need, what type of developer you're looking for, and your budget. No lengthy brief required at this stage.

2
Triage

Your enquiry comes through to our team. A Project Manager or senior staff member will review it and either progress it or decline it. We only progress enquiries where the scope and budget are realistic. If we decline, we'll tell you why.

3
Scoping Conversation

If progressed, a private chat is opened and your PM reaches out. This is where we get into the details — what you actually need, your timeline, any specific requirements, and what a fair budget looks like for the work involved.

4
Quote

Your PM issues a formal written quote covering the full scope, price, payment structure, and estimated timeline. Nothing starts until you've agreed to the quote.

5
Payment

Once the quote is agreed, payment is taken via PayPal. Most projects follow a 40% deposit upfront, 60% on completion structure. 100% upfront is also available. Work begins once payment clears.

6
Development

Your project is assigned to the right developer and work begins. Your PM keeps you updated on progress throughout.

7
Delivery & Approval

Completed work is delivered through the relay system. You review it, request any agreed revisions, and approve the final deliverable. Final payment (if on the 40/60 structure) is taken before files are released.

The Relay System

DevLink Co uses a relay system for all client-developer communication during active projects. Rather than speaking directly with your developer, messages are passed through a managed channel overseen by a moderator and your PM.

Why we do this

The relay protects both sides. Developers can focus on the work without managing client expectations directly. Clients get responses that are clear, considered, and professionally handled. It also means there is always a record of everything discussed, which protects you if anything is ever disputed.

In practice, your PM will handle the majority of day-to-day communication. The relay is most active during feedback and revision stages where direct input from your developer adds value.

Revisions

Revisions are part of the process and are included in every project. The number of rounds appropriate for your project depends on the type of work — audio and music naturally involve more back-and-forth than a scripting task. Your quote will set out what is included.

Changes that go beyond the agreed scope — such as new features, significant redesigns, or a change in direction — will be quoted separately. We will always flag this before proceeding. There are no surprise charges.

If Something Goes Wrong

We stand behind our work. If you have a concern about quality, progress, or anything else, the right first step is always to raise it with your PM directly. Most issues are resolved quickly at that level.

If a developer is unable to complete your project for any reason, DevLink Co will work to reassign the work to another developer internally. If that is not possible, we will be transparent with you and offer a refund based on the following tiers for work not completed:

Raise a ticket

For any issue that cannot be resolved through your PM, you can raise a formal support ticket. Senior staff and Directors will be brought in to review the situation and reach a resolution. Full details of how disputes are handled are in our Terms of Service.

Budget & Project Minimums

We do not have a fixed minimum project value. A small audio asset at a fair rate is as welcome as a full-scale game commission. What we do not accept is a budget that is not realistic for what is being asked. If your enquiry is declined on budget grounds, we will tell you clearly and you are welcome to resubmit with an adjusted scope or budget.

Not sure what something should cost?

Be honest in your enquiry about what you have available. PMs are experienced at finding a scope that works within a realistic budget. A conversation costs nothing.

What It Means to Be Part of DevLink Co

Who We Are Looking For

We are currently recruiting Roblox developers across all disciplines — scripting, modelling, UI/UX, animation, music and sound design. We are looking for people who are skilled, reliable, and professional in how they communicate and deliver work.

We do not expect perfection, but we do expect honesty. If you are not right for a project, say so. If something comes up that affects your work, tell us. The developers who thrive at DevLink Co are the ones who treat it like a professional environment, because that is what it is.

How to Apply

You can apply through our website or directly through the Discord server. Either route leads to the same process:

1
Submit an Application

Fill out the developer application form. Tell us about your skills, your experience, your availability, and share examples of your work. The more specific you are, the better.

2
Review

Your application is reviewed by the team. We look at the quality of your portfolio, the relevance of your skills to current and upcoming projects, and how you have presented yourself.

3
Interview

Shortlisted applicants are invited to an interview. This is a conversation, not an exam — we want to understand how you work, how you communicate, and whether DevLink Co is the right fit for you as much as the other way around.

4
Onboarding

Successful applicants are onboarded into the DevLink Co team. You will be introduced to our processes, tools, and standards before being assigned to any project work.

How Projects Work for Developers

When a project matches your skills and availability, your PM will brief you on the scope, deliverables, timeline, and client expectations. You will have a clear picture of what is needed before any work begins.

Client communication is handled through the relay system — you do not manage client relationships directly. Your job is to focus on the work. Your PM handles expectations, timelines, and any difficult conversations on your behalf.

Deliver your work through the relay channel. If you hit a problem, tell your PM early. We would always rather adjust a plan than explain a missed deadline to a client.

Standards We Expect

Our commitment to developers

DevLink Co takes its developer relationships seriously. We will not put you in an impossible situation with a client. We manage expectations, we deal with difficult conversations, and we have your back when things get complicated — as long as you have been honest with us.

Our Tools & Infrastructure

Where everything lives and how it is tracked

Discord
Our primary workspace. All active project communication, enquiries, support tickets, and team coordination happen here.
Website
Our public-facing presence. Clients and developers who prefer not to use Discord can submit enquiries and applications through the website. These feed directly into our team.
Supabase
Our back-end logging system. All tickets, project records, and key decisions are logged here. This gives us a reliable record of every project regardless of what happens in Discord.
Archived channels
Completed projects are archived within Discord, giving us a full history of work delivered and conversations had.
Data & privacy

Information submitted through our website or Discord is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share client or developer information with third parties beyond what is necessary to complete project work.

A Final Word

DevLink Co is built on the idea that professional Roblox development should be accessible, reliable, and genuinely well-managed. We are not a marketplace or a freelancer directory — we are a team, and every project that goes out under our name is one we stand behind.

If you have questions about anything in this document, or about working with us in any capacity, reach out. We would rather answer a question upfront than have a misunderstanding later.
